Seeking:
A long-term Ranch Manager position where we can apply our expertise to enhance operations, preserve the ranch’s legacy, and drive profitability.
Negotiable Compensation & Benefits Proposal
Total Salary: $170,000 per year ($85,000 each)
Benefits: Fully paid health & dental insurance, a ranch truck, and on-site housing (Private Residence)
Contract Term: One year If terminated early, a salary buyout for the remaining term would be required
Additional Requests:
Cell phone reimbursement: $200 per month ($2,400 annually)
Performance-based annual bonus: 10% of salary); $20,000 sign-on bonus ($10,000 each) due upon hire, to help with our move and transition to a new state
