We are a young married couple looking for a full-time ranch job. My name is Randy. I am 23 years old. I am married to TyLee. I worked on a ranch in Utah while I was in High School. My wife grew up on her families cattle ranch as the 5th generation. My current job is in construction so I have experience with some machinery as well.
I have some experience with ranching/farming. I don’t know everything about ranching yet, but I am willing to learn. I am easy to work with. We have a personal horse and a friendly wiener dog that will be coming with us. I am good at fixing fence. My wife is willing to help me out when she isn’t at work. Ty grew up on a cow/calf operation. The ranch I worked at previously would raise a lot of hay, so I have some experience with that. Ty has grown up raising cows, pigs, goats, horses, dogs, and chickens. So there isn’t a lot she can’t take care of.
I understand we are young. We would be quick learners and hard workers. We would just be so happy to work on a ranch.
It would be preferred if I could start in June or early spring. My wife is finishing her degree in Elementary Education at Utah State University, so I don’t want to leave her until then. It would be great if the ranch is somewhat close to an elementary school.
