Bring your RV and enjoy a part-time ranching position at this quaint, serene private ranch property located in the Texas Hill Country near Comfort, TX.
Job duties and responsibilities include:
Feed and care for 5+- horses
- inspect, feed, pick hooves, wipe with fly spray, blanket as needed, brush, bathe as needed, manage turnout schedules, record relevant information (farrier services, worming schedules, etc), administer supplements and minor medical care as instructed
Maintain the barn and surrounding area
- clean stalls, dust, organize, manage inventories, maintain cleanliness (keep feed and water buckets and troughs clean, dust fans, sweep/blow out alleyways, keep the restroom and tack room tidy, etc.)
The position is part time, 5-6 days per week, 25-35 hours per week. Benefits and additional earning opportunities possible. RV parking, water and electricity provided.
$400-$600/week plus benefits (such as paid vacation, health insurance, 401k). Additional income and advancement opportunities available.
