Wanted: Caretaker Couple in North Texas.

Part-time 18 hours groundskeeping AND 18 hours housekeeping per week in exchange for rent in 2022 installed 3br/2ba 1,080 sq ft manufactured home partially furnished (TV, master bed, couch, major kitchen appliances, washer, dryer) with utilities provided (electric, water, broadband internet).

35 acres and 3 homes. Located 25 mins NE of McKinney and an hour out of DFW / Love Field.

Duties include: weed-eating, tractor work, spraying, trimming, handyman, brush hog, mowing, general upkeep, driveway and equipment maintenance, weeding-gardening, fence repair, sweeping, mopping, dusting, occasional animal care, occasional pet care, etc.
