Part-time 20 hours groundskeeper and 20 hours housekeeper per week in exchange for rent in new 3br/2ba 1,080 sq ft manufactured home with utilities provided (electric, water, internet).

35 acres and 3 homes. Can grant access to barn-pastures for your horses. Gardening space available for use. Located 25 mins NE of McKinney and an hour out of DFW / Love Field.

Duties include brush hog, mowing, spraying, trimming, handyman, general upkeep, driveway and equipment maintenance, weeding-gardening, fence repair, sweeping, mopping, dusting, animal care, occasional pet care, etc.
