Are you a nature lover with a passion for animals and the outdoors? We’re seeking a dedicated Farm Hand/Groundskeeper to help maintain our picturesque property in Anna, TX! This role offers the chance to work in a vibrant environment, caring for animals and enhancing our grounds.
Job Title: Farm Hand/Groundskeeper
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-time (20-60 hours per week)
Pay: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour
Schedule: 3-7 days per week (flexible, including weekends)
Location: Beautiful 66-acre property in Anna, TX
Start Date: ASAP
* If you live in the DFW area, can commute to Anna, TX, can work part time and don’t need accommodation, we will consider your application on priority.
** While we currently have funding for one full-time farm hand position, we aim to create multiple opportunities for people to engage with the land, including:
- Short-term stays with accommodation – where you can work and live on the land for a few days.
- Part-time and remote work – based on specific projects and needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Animal Care: Look after our 2 dogs and 4 bee hives.
- Property Maintenance: Conduct grounds inspections, remove debris, and repair fences.
- Landscaping: Mow fence lines, maintain irrigation for fruit trees, and hand-water saplings.
- Equipment Upkeep: Clean and maintain farm equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Learn & Grow: Embrace opportunities to learn about homesteading and regenerative agriculture.

Qualifications:
- Comfortable driving farm vehicles (ATV and riding mower).
- Ability to perform physical tasks independently.
- Experience in animal care, landscaping, property maintenance, or handyman tasks is a plus but not required!
