We lost our packer mid season and we are in need of help. You would need to start anytime between now and October 6th. Housing and most meals included.
All applicants must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a valid drivers license
- Speak and write English
- Have experience with horses and or mules
- Have a good attitude
- Be willing to learn
- Be able to work alone and with others
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Packing elk meat/antlers
- Packing camps, and clients in and out of the backcountry
- Feeding and caring for livestock
- Saddling saddle and pack stock daily
Salary: $3,000+/ month
