Spotted Horse Ranch
Responsibilities include:
1. Ranch correspondence
A) Answering E-mails at least twice daily answering the phone and returning messages in a timely manner
B) Sending information via e-mails, Postal service and phone to each internet contact
C) Maintaining referral record of each booking
D) Coordinate ranch visits for cliental including fishing trips, rafting, and backcountry trips
E) Keep accurate records of requested activities
2. Accounts Payable
A) Timely payments of vendor invoices
B) Maintain accurate and organized vendor files and question all unknown invoices
C) Payroll and payroll taxes, Including 940’s, 941’s, WC/UI, and Sales tax
3. Employee records
A) Maintain employee records. Must keep all records confidential
B) Report all new hires to State
C) File all discinplinary actions and salary levels in employees’ files
D) Report any workers comp/ unemployment claims to manager
4. Basic Office Management
A) Order and maintain office inventory; Including retail items
B) Keep calendar of guest activities and taxes due updated
C) Maintain ranch filing system
5. Cabin and Waitstaff
A) Hire Cabin and waitstaff
B) Assist Head of Housekeeping with ordering necessary supplies for maintaining cabins
