General Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation across the property.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
Position-Specific Duties:
Guest Services Associates:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide detailed information about the ranch and available activities.
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and other front desk duties.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and requests.
Servers:
- Serve meals and beverages, ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Assist in the preparation and setup of dining events and activities.
- Provide a warm and engaging dining experience for all guests.
Cooks:
- Prepare and cook meals according to the ranch’s menu and guest preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies.
Housekeepers:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation are upheld at all times.
- Restock amenities and supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly.
Wranglers:
- Care for and manage horses, ensuring their well-being and readiness for guest activities.
- Lead trail rides and provide instruction to guests of all riding levels.
- Maintain the stables, tack, and riding equipment.
- Assist with other ranch duties as needed.
Handymen/Women:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks around the property.
- Ensure all facilities and equipment are in good working condition.
- Address any maintenance issues reported by guests or staff.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down for events and activities.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role or environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
- For wranglers, experience with horse care and riding is essential.
- For handymen/women, basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks is required.

- Salaries are dependent on experience (DOE).
