Manager needed for South Texas ranch.

General knowledge of ranch maintenance with mechanical experience required. Able to operate tractors, farm equipment, and heavy machinery.

The ranch has a reputation deer herd with some exotics. Managing the deer herd, predator control, as well as guiding and entertaining clients is expected.

The ranch has a lodge and housing for the hunters. Would like someone with hunters or able to procure hunters through advertising.

Housing furnished. Base salary plus incentives for the hunting.
