JOB TITLE: Maintenance Worker
JOB CLASSIFICATION: Full Time, Non-Exempt
JOB DESCRIPTION: Maintenance and daily care of the facilities and grounds in Santa Clarita. Including but not limited to carpentry, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, facility maintenance, and other jobs as specified. Ability to lift or move up to 50lbs.

SPECIFIC TASKS
- Emergency back-up to assist in feeding animals

- Tree trimming
- Carpentry
- Landscaping
- Plumbing (preferred, but not a must)

- Paint
- Repair Roads / Even
- Cleaning
- Concrete (preferred, but not a must)
- Fencing for Animals
- Feeding ducks, cleaning enclosure
