Oregon Ranch
This is NOT a cowboy position.
Examples of duties: assist in the management of the ranch (60 acres), care for all animals on the ranch, running and rotating various irrigation facets of the ranch. Ability to fix or acquire assistance (when necessary) for fixing irrigation problems, helping with events on the ranch, maintaining adequate supplies/feed/supplements and ordering when necessary, various farming related duties. This is a labor intensive job.
We are looking for someone who has good communication skills, is organized, polite, hard working, self starting, and can interact with people in a courteous way.
Ideally we would like to find a couple, one is a FT employee and the other a PT employee, although the latter is not a requirement. This position comes with a nice but small apartment only suitable for 2 people.
Apartment utilities paid, paid ranch/caretaker phone.
Years of experience preferred: Depending on situation, training can be provided in most cases.
