Private Ranch on the Nueces River
Hiring a live-in Ranch Foreman in Edwards County, TX to help run a beautiful ranch at the head waters of the West Nueces River. This river valley is a Texas treasure; a six-mile oasis in the dramatic western Hill Country. Must have construction knowledge and be a fix-it kind of guy! What we are not looking for is for someone to call outside vendors for electrical, plumbing, and miscellaneous odd jobs at the ranch, we want the Foreman to be VERY hands-on with that knowledge him/herself. We are not looking for experienced guides or folks with a hunting background; we are looking for more of a “can-do property caretaker”. There is no livestock, and the land and habitat preservation as the priority. The foreman’s chief job is working with the family to preserve and enhance the natural beauty of the valley and to maintain the facilities (homes) that are on-site. The foreman has his own housing on the property and healthcare benefits are included.
