Looking to spend a summer (May-September) in a gorgeous place and with great people? Over a hundred years old, Paradise Guest Ranch is one of the oldest dude ranches in the state of Wyoming.

We’re located right in the middle of a million acres of Bighorn National Forest at 7600 feet! People come from all over the world to experience the beauty of the Bighorns whether it’s to hike, ride, or fly fish.

Come join us this summer, get to cook some delicious and beautiful cuisine, explore the mountains, and make new friends! We’re looking to fill kitchen positions from pastry chef, pm prep cooks to dishwashers. Come join the fun!
