Hunting Ranch Manager Job
Tinnin Hunt Club is a privately owned hunting ranch that offers a variety of guided and non-guided hunting packages from Elk, Deer, and Javelina, to Turkey, Waterfowl, and Upland Game Birds. We also have a 25-station Sporting Clay Course and 5-Stand where we put on many fundraising and team-building events. Fishing, lodging, and meals are also available at Tinnin Hunt Club.

We are looking for an honest, dependable, self-motivated, and energetic couple or duo that will work with the owner and family to run and manage the hunting preserve operations. The job requires a fast learner, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and someone who can work independently without constant supervision. Must be capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, knowledge of construction, electrical and welding, previous mechanic work, and someone who knows how to run heavy equipment. Working on a ranch consists of long hours, not your typical 8-5 job. We are looking for a couple that is familiar with the ranch life and understands the lifestyle that goes along with it.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Maintaining birds and bird pens
- Taking care of hunting dogs
- Maintaining pond
- Mowing/Spraying weeds and fields
- Maintaining sporting clay course
- Maintaining equipment and vehicles
- Guiding big game hunts
- Clean and skin animals
- Guiding and planting birds for upland game bird hunts
- Cleaning birds and working dogs on hunts
- Preparing meals for hunters and guests
- Cleaning clubhouse and guest rooms, shop, common areas, restrooms on sporting clay course
- Checking customers in and out with the point of sale system
- Create monthly expense reports
Experience: 2-5 years
Salary: $50,000 for couple

- 3 bedroom, 2 bath manager house provided
- Pets are NOT allowed in the manager house or clubhouse

- Cable tv not included
- Ranch truck provided for hunt club-related travel only
