Hello from Golden Eagle Outfitters in Guffey, CO
I am reaching out to some local friends, hunters, outdoorsmen. My cook of 10 years is retiring and won’t be returning to my fall hunting camp this year. I am looking for a good cook to replace and would prefer that it be a local, or local within reason.
My camps consist of 6 five day hunts, and are conducted out of my house in Guffey CO, fully furnished and a very easy setup for the cook, with sleeping quarters for the cook as well..
Open to either female or male cooks, but note that all of my hunting clients this fall as well as all guides are male. Just FYI, my cook of the past 10 years was a lady, and this worked well, as her husband also guided for me.
Camp cook will be cooking for some camps of 8 people total and some camps of 12 people total, lunch and dinners only.
Camp is a 4 BR, 2 Bath house with all amenities of a home, with hot tub, wireless Internet, cable TV and all appliances both upstairs and downstairs. A very safe and secure environment with excellent access of paved road.
