This is a small hobby farm of 10 acre estate that needs animal care and property maintenance. Provide horse care including grooming, paddock and stall cleaning. Keep barn interior swept and dusted, basic fence repair. Someone who has gardening ability along with equine experience given priority. Handyman ability a plus. Must have hands on horse handling experience with verifiable references. Other animal care, as needed, including dogs, chickens, small breed cattle, cats. Should be clean, honest, reliable and a non-smoker. Very nice work environment and friendly family. 25 minutes from Washington, DC yet a bucolic setting close to Potomac River and C&O canal.
