Magnum Guide Service is a Christian-based guide service that has hosted more than 10,000 clients over the past 38 yrs for; whitetail, mule deer, elk, pronghorn antelope, 20 species of exotics, brown bear, moose, caribou, black bear, predators, turkey, hogs, javelina, and aoudad sheep. MGS is steadily expanding and needs to hire more professional and safety minded staff to join the team.

Experienced guides, including potential interns who may not have professional guiding experience but have an “extensive hunting background” willing to work hard at gaining experience through an internship are encouraged to submit a resume.

Compensation: MGS guides are paid a daily rate DOE plus tips when guiding. MGS guides earn on average $300-$450 per day. Interns average $2,500+ per month DOE plus food & lodging. Ranch and wildlife management work is paid hourly @ $16-$20 hr DOE.
