We’re a smaller, traditional dude ranch located in the heart of Wind River Country in Dubois, Wyoming. We’re surrounded by hundreds of thousands of acres of wildlife habitat, National Forest and Indian Reservation so outdoor recreational opportunities abound. We live and work as a family for the season, creating incredible memories for our guests and for ourselves!

We need all applicants to be able to work from May 20th to September 11th.

Supervise and work alongside the Sous Chef and Baker/Pastry Chef to prepare and present breakfast, lunch, dinner and hors d’oeuvres for up to 35 guests and 20 crew.
Maintain the kitchen and prep areas making sure they are clean and organized
Supervise dining/dish staff
Ensure proper food handling and storage practices
Review and ensure compliance with all Health Department Safety Standards and Regulations
Maintain, clean and organize the coolers, freezers and dry storage areas on a regular basis
Inventory control, ordering and budgeting. Check-in all orders

Compensation includes a monthly salary, gratuities, end-of-season bonus, housing, and meals. Salary is dependent upon experience.
