Head Chef wanted on a 6,000 acre private Ranch/Hoa with 22 home sites in Colorado. Full time, year round position available.
This position is independent duty and responsibilities include:
- All necessary shopping and quality control
- All meal preparation and service
- Scheduling of meal service
- Communication with Homeowners and Guests
- In home meal service when requested
- Prepare meals and chuck wagon style service for small events
- Typical service is 5 to 7 top
- Busy in the summer, slow in the winter
- Past years meal calendars are available for review to determine work load
