Head Chef needed at Colorado Dude Ranch for summer 2020.
- Responsible for all meals (with the help of summer staff)
- Undertake basic cooking duties such as cutting/chopping meats and vegetables, reducing sauces, preparing simple dishes such as salads, entrees etc.
