We are looking for an experienced Guide / Horsemen for our 2024 season! Our Spring Bear starts 4/15/24.
Individual will be trailering stock to trail heads and guiding clients via horseback on spot & Stalk with bait hunts and packing bait via stock to different bait sites between hunts. Individual doesn’t need to be an experienced packer but must be willing to learn.
Bear hunts go through June 30th and are based out of our place in Yellow Pine, Idaho and a couple hunts are backcountry based. July & August we do trail rides, pack trips, fishing trips, clear trails, cut firewood, build fence, excetra. September 1st our fall hunts start and go through November 20 th.
Duties will be guiding archery and rifle hunts along with some packing, our hunts are backcountry based via horse back, so good work ethic, good people skills, experienced & good hunting and horsemenship skills are a must!
Pay is $3,500 a month + tips along with room & Board with option to take a week or two off 4/15 to 8/29 and $1,400 + tips with room & board per guided hunt ( 8 hunts) 9/1 to 11/20 with the option for a couple weeks off 10/1 to 10/14.
