Looking for 2023 Guide/camp help at our base camp in Jasper Colorado. 30 Year plus family owned and operated business. We provide a guide service for Elk, Mule Deer, Black Bear. Services include Guided, Semi-guided, DIY Drop Camps (Horseback Pack-in or 4~wheeler accessible Camps)
Guide Wages Include: Meals, lodging at our basecamp, weekly wage, fuel allowance for each guide who used their own vehicle to transport clients, any tips you earn from the client, plus you get a $250 kill bonus for each client you take that makes a kill shot and animal is retrieved. Any additional full day worked outside the season dates will be paid at $100/day… That might include extra work for game retrieval to assist other guides, drop camp set-up/tear-down or drop camp pack-in or pack-out day, cutting and hauling wood to house and cabins, cleaning cabins, other misc. camp jobs, feeding and caring for horses, etc.
Qualifications: CPR/First Aid training, Ethical hunter in good physical condition, know and abide by all the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Wildlife and Parks, great with people, team player, etc. GPS Inreach and ONX hunt maps are very helpful.

I typically need 3-4 guides in each of the Archery weeks and 4-6 guides in each of the rifle seasons.

1st Rifle Season Oct. 14-18th
2nd Rifle Season Oct. 28th-Nov. 1st
