Come be a part of our home and help us provide our guests with the best vacation ever. Employees are encouraged to participate in ranch activities with the guests when the employee is off duty.
This job is a support position to the General Manager. An engaging and self-starting personality is a must as well as discretion in all goings on at the ranch. Must be very organized and able to multi-task and be very flexible. In addition to day to day correspondence and phone communications, the office must be kept clean and someone must be available to handle guest’s needs. Assistance in the Trading Post store is also required.
Organizing a few evening activities are involved as well as cooking pancakes on a breakfast cook-out. Must be at least 21 years of age with a clean US driving record. Must be available to work form May 11th through September 26th or so. The work week is five and a half days. Full room and board in new dorms (a few nights are spent at the Manager’s house to cover the phones) with a private bedroom (if at all possible), shared bathrooms, a living room and laundry room.
