Guest Ranch Cook needed
April through September

This position entails all aspects associated with running a kitchen and dining room, including meal prep, inventory, and cleanliness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner for guests and staff using ranch recipes and menus
Bake, roast, sauté, and food prep
Must be able to accommodate for special dietary needs of guests
Manage food and supply inventories
Maintain a clean kitchen. Keep stove, oven, grill, fridge/freezer clean, sweep, vacuum, mop kitchen and dining areas
May be required to assist in other tasks around the ranch as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be flexible, honest, organized, and able to manage a kitchen and dining area
Must have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Must be able to interact with guests and coworkers
Must be willing to make ranch favorite recipes.
Must have reliable transportation
