Club Royal Oak
We are seeking a Grounds Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all landscaping efforts and related outdoor maintenance services.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee and coordinate all maintenance and care of 30 acre RV resort
-Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
-Update and improve property to increase return on investment
-Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
-Supervise and train resort staff
-Enforce Club Royal Oak rules and regulations
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in property management or other related fields
-Familiarity in mechanical, electrical and plumbing fields
-Ability to build rapport with tenants
-Ability to multitask and prioritize
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary will be based on experience. Must have own transportation. Housing available for the right candidate.
