About Us:
4 Winds Winery is a family-owned and operated vineyard in Napa Valley that specializes in growing and producing high-end cabernet sauvignon wines.
What You Will Do:
- Mowing and weed eating, in and around the vineyard
- Cutting, chipping trees and brush
- Installing new fencing and electric netting
- Fixing and repairing fences
- Fixing and repairing irrigation pipe
- Feed and manage livestock, which includes cattle, goats, chickens, turkeys, and livestock guarding dogs
- Maintenance, repair, and development of all structures and improvements on the property. Basic gardening and working with our gardener
- Work on special projects as needed
- Place and pick up garbage cans on Friday and Monday
What You Need:
- Required to be 18 years of age or older.
- Required to lift, roll, and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Required to hike up steep hillsides
- Required to do manual labor
- Required to wear a respirator when necessary.
- May be required to work to work weekends or nights.
- May be required to work up to 12 hours per day and up to 7 days per week as schedule requires.
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
Compensation:
Hiring Salary Range Posted: $25.00 – $25.00/ hour
