Ranch Hand, Full Time – Beautiful Catalina Island, CA
We have an amazing opportunity for a reliable, adaptable, honest, hardworking individual to join our team in Catalina Island. Duties will involve a variety of general Ranch tasks and vineyard work, including but not limited to:
- Basic landscape (mowing, weed whacking, trimming)
- Ability to work around horses to muck stalls and stables
- Basic maintenance and repairs
- Ability to drive tractor and perform vineyard work
- General cleanup and Ranch upkeep duties
Requirements:
- Proof of identity and legal right to work in the United States
- Some ability to understand English for effective communication
- Experience in landscape, vineyard work, and working around horses
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed
- Physical strength and agility; ability to lift up to 50lbs, capable with farm and hand tools
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay range $20-$25 /hour depending on experience
