Eastern WA cow-calf operation with irrigated hay ground seeking an EXPERIENCED, long-term, well-rounded Ranch Hand.

Required Skills: feeding, doctoring, branding (on a calf table), weaning, calving, fencing, horseback (cattle handling by horseback and ATV), operation of hay equipment and some heavy equipment. Welding, mechanical abilities, pivot troubleshooting desired but not required.

To be clear, this is a Ranch Hand position (not a cowboy or management position).

Qualifications: Two or more years of experience & good work references (from former supervisors)

Salary range $3,000-$3,800 per month depending on experience. Benefits: House (3 bedroom/2 bathroom), medical, sick leave, vacation, and work vehicle.
