We’re a smaller, traditional dude ranch located in the heart of Wind River Country in Dubois, Wyoming. We’re surrounded by hundreds of thousands of acres of wildlife habitat, National Forest and Indian Reservation so outdoor recreational opportunities abound. We live and work as a family for the season, creating incredible memories for our guests and for ourselves!

This year our start date is May 18th and our end date is September 9th.

If you’re an avid fly fisherman who loves to share your passion with others then we would like to invite you to consider spending the summer in Wind River Country fishing our incredible streams and rivers.

Duties

Lead a fly-fishing 101 clinic for guests once per week
Guide guests on 1/2 day and full day fishing trips
General maintenance and ranch upkeep including but not limited to maintaining and monitoring the pool and spa, irrigation work, fencing, painting, carpentry, chopping firewood, starting fires and mowing lawns.
Pitch in and help out as needed with other miscellaneous ranch jobs

Compensation includes a monthly salary, gratuities, end-of-season bonus, housing, and meals.
