Located in Yuma, Colorado, this position is responsible for the management of the mill and feed crews making and delivering 900 to 1,200 tons of feed per day to 53,000 +/- head of cattle. General responsibilities and accountabilities include employee safety, employee engagement, employee turnover, expense management, daily bunk reading, quality control, feed manufacturing, project planning and management, long range planning, housekeeping schedules and assignments and active participation as a member of the feedlot leadership team and the EHSMS team.
