East Central Missouri, full time opening on a working cow calf operation that includes a finishing lot. Purebred Angus and Commercial cow mix. Calving Spring and fall, marketing finished beef 12 months a year. General Farm work including feed mixing, hauling, fencing, hay season (spring and fall harvesting), pasture maintenance.

The right candidate will work with our Farm Beef Manager for scheduled beef needs – Cow working, feed mixing, delivery to market on finished beef, pasture rotation, daily feeding/chores, all things that come up on the farm.

Common sense, equipment care and personal safety are major components of this farm. Thorough, complete, accurate work is expected. Not a desk job. Seasonal 4/10 work days may be optional. Non-smoking preferred.

Compensation Package includes: Housing available. work vehicle. Wage package includes health for employee, dental, retirement. Housing offered as portion of compensation package. Offer includes one weekend off each month and additional flex hours/days as needed.
