Clear Creek Land & Livestock
Diversified farming and ranching operation in central Nebraska is looking for someone to work 50 hours a month in exchange for housing and utilities. Older 2 story house, fully furnished, modern appliances, air conditioned.
Hours are somewhat flexible and would require general farm and ranch tasks such as maintenance of fences, buildings, equipment, lawns, irrigation and basic livestock management. Our cows calve unassisted on pasture in the late spring/summer and graze year around. Our land base is a combination of native prairie and highly productive irrigated crop land, all certified organic. Wildlife is abundant.
There would also be an opportunity to work additional hours during the spring/summer/fall on an hourly pay basis. There’s also potential for you to develop your own enterprises or partner with us on farm related enterprises.
Must be highly responsible and willing to learn.
