Family-owned farm of 600 acres in beautiful southwest Colorado seeks farm manager. Interest in regenerative/organic transition preferred. Previous farm experience required.

Duties include irrigation (side rolls, center pivots), hay operations, general maintenance, strategic planning, customer service, and community development.
