Main responsibilities:

PICK UP DEAD DAILY AND COMPOST DEAD DAILY ; THIS IS AS IMPORTANT AS THE REST OF THE JOB

  • Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of the facility
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and heavy equipment
  • Perform Daily inspection of equipment
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects

Other Skills:

  • Capability to perform heavy lifting as required
  • Working in poultry manure environment with odor, dust, smell
  • Proficiency in operating farm machinery and heavy equipment a plus

This position requires a motivated individual who is comfortable working in various weather conditions. The Person will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks.
