Experienced Ranch Hand wanted for Horse Ranch.

Duties:

  • Feed Horses AM/PM
  • Turn out Horses AM/ PM
  • Clean stalls/tack rooms
  • Water and Drag Arena
  • Unload Grain, Alfalfa, Hay
  • Various Ranch Duties
  • Monday through Saturday 7 am to 6pm
  • Sunday 7 Am to 8:30am & 4:30pm-6pm
  • Must have 2-5 years experience on a Horse Ranch

We are located in the country 20 minutes from Fort Worth 10 minutes from Weatherford.

Salary: $800 per week

Must know how to operate a manure spreader and a drag tractor. Must have a current license. Must speak English.

Must know how to fix fences and water troughs. Must be good with horses how to put the halter on them and take them out to the pasture and bring them back in again.

I’m looking for a long-term person who is loyal, trustworthy, honest, and will plan to stay here and be a part of a family and team for 5+ years or more. I’m not looking for people to stay for three months and go somewhere else I’m looking for someone who wants to live on a ranch and work on a ranch long-term. This is the Ranch work lifestyle that they want.

I do have a place to live. It’s small but nice. Long hours lots to do. I want someone who takes pride in doing horse ranch work. Must be able to lift 50 pound bales of hay and grain.

I am not taking any unexperienced people wanting to learn.
