Medium sized cow/calf outfit seeking an applicant to work with me and my family. Duties would include calving, fencing, doctoring, moving cattle, feeding, checking mineral and water etc.
Nearly all work done on 4-wheelers but horses could be utilized in certain scenarios. MUST have extensive experience in all aspects of cow/calf and gentle livestock handling practices. We’re looking for a self-starter to be involved with management decisions. Possibility of running some of your own cattle after a year of employment.
There will be haying and some grain farming but to a lesser degree.
Mechanical ability, fabrication skills, and/or CDL is preferred but not required.
Wage negotiable.
