We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Ranch Hand to join our team. As a Ranch Hand, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our ranch, assisting with various tasks related to farming, animal care, and equipment maintenance. Responsibilities:
- Perform general farm duties such as feeding animals, cleaning stalls, and maintaining fences
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain power tools and equipment
- Aid in the growing process of crops by monitoring soil conditions and applying appropriate treatments
- Operate heavy equipment for tasks such as plowing fields or moving materials
- Perform basic equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure proper functionality
- Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the ranch
Skills:
- Proficiency in operating power tools and machinery
- Experience in animal husbandry practices and caring for livestock
- Knowledge of crop growing methods and soil management
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Basic skills in equipment repair and maintenance
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
