Are you and your partner ready to lead and make a lasting impact on a premier, privately owned ranch in the heart of the Texas Hill Country? We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Management Couple to oversee all aspects of ranch operations, wildlife management, and hospitality.

Position Overview:
As Ranch Managers, you will be responsible for the daily operations, strategic planning, and overall success of the ranch. This dynamic role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities — from managing livestock and wildlife programs to maintaining facilities and ensuring a top-tier guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Operations:
- Oversee and lead the ranch team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Develop and implement schedules for livestock care, property maintenance, and hunting seasons.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
Wildlife & Livestock Management:
- Supervise all aspects of the whitetail deer breeding program — health monitoring, AI, darting, fawning season, and record-keeping.
- Care for 70+ head of cattle — including weaning calves and maintaining accurate genealogy records.
- Ensure feeders are filled and maintained year-round.
Hunting & Hospitality:
- Organize and guide hunting experiences for guests, including processing harvested game.
- Oversee guest accommodations, ensuring the lodge, cabin, ranch house, and barns are clean, well-maintained, and ready for visitors.
- Plan and execute special events, hunting trips, and ranch tours.
Maintenance & Property Management:
- Supervise fence repairs, brush control, and equipment maintenance.
- Lead construction projects and coordinate work on additional properties as needed.
- Ensure the ranch’s infrastructure is in excellent condition at all times.
Marketing & Communication:
- Manage the ranch’s social media presence and advertising efforts to highlight the property, events, and wildlife programs.
- Communicate clearly with guests, vendors, and team members, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in ranch management or a similar leadership role.
Expertise in whitetail deer breeding and livestock care. - Strong hunting guide experience and knowledge of Texas hunting seasons and regulations.
- Skilled in equipment operation, maintenance, and general ranch repairs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
- Couples with pets considered on a case-by-case basis.
