Hawley Mountain Ranch
2nd (aka. Sous) Cook/Chef Needed
Prepares one meal daily for 20-40 guests and staff 6 days a week and two meals on First Cook’s day off.
Job requirements: Second cook position works under direction from First Cook. Some cooking experience is needed to provide tasty and hearty ranch cuisine that is pleasing to the eye and can accommodate restrictive diets. Must be hard working, have a clean appearance, and a willingness to work with others. Does some daily maintenance housekeeping in the kitchen and main lodge area. Must be willing to help out where needed beyond main job description. Appreciation of the great outdoors would also be an asset. No visible tattoos or body piercings except earrings.
Pay starts at $1500 a month (more depending on amount of experience), we provide room and board on top of your pay as extra (no charge to you). Cooks are also included in the gratuity pool. Last year each staff earned at least $4000 in gratuity just to give you an idea.
Our season runs from the beginning of June until the end of September. We are located south of Big Timber, MT in the mountains with some amazing views.
