Head of operations for a regenerative multi-species 300 acre ranch in Grandview, Texas.

The L5 Ranch located in Grandview, Texas is looking for someone to be the boots on the ground and the daily leader of operations for a modern unconventional approach to ranching. A ranch that is practicing regenerative and forward thinking methods with a respect for our heritage that is centered around the importance of animal, land and human health. The L5 is a 290 acre multi-species operation currently raising cattle, swine, goats, poultry and fish located just 45 miles south of Fort Worth. We are looking for an ambitious hard worker to help us expand our operation and execute a vision for today’s tomorrow. The ranch also offers a short term rental experience called ‘The Rove at L5’ for renters to come and see the land and animals while escaping their day-to-day lives.
