We like to have fun and be like family. We are cowboys, outdoor enthusiasts, and front porch guitar pickers. We like to hear laughter coming from the kitchen and witness a good ol' practical joke go down. We have department meetings and all ranch meetings to improve communication and talk stuff out. We like to be well-staffed and everyone busy working on things that matter. We like walking fast and getting stuff done. We like coworkers forging friendships that last a lifetime and creating memories they will cherish their whole lives. We believe in a work environment where people can push themselves out of their comfort zones and learn what real hard work is like. We have fun at the lake, explore the endless public land Idaho offers, and learn how to be better horseback riders. We believe making yourself uncomfortable is the way to grow. You will see managers and seasonal employees alike jump in and bus a table or wash some dishes because no task is below anyone here.
To be transparent – we are also not perfect here. We make mistakes and there are frustrating hard days. We just hope we can take the lesson out of it and better ourselves for the next day.
We offer a fun and healthy working environment with caring managers, a paid 2 week training period before guests arrive in the spring, on-site free employee housing, meals, 2 days off a week for most positions, a free CPR class, staff t-shirts, and a hat, discounts on vacations for family members, and competitive wages with tips.
We are currently accepting applicants who are awesome, authorized to work in the USA, 21 years of age or older, drug-free, not grumpy, can lift 50 pounds, and want to work 50+ hours a week.
