We’re looking for a responsible, non-smoking couple or individual as a tenant who will also provide very light duties as a caretaker on a beautiful Montana high valley ranch and serve as paid hosts for a vacation rental home. Duties include daily care/feeding of 4 sheep and 2 cow/calf pairs, light-duty ranch operations, and serving as personable hosts when we have guests renting the ranch house.
After compensation for minimal duties performed, for a monthly rental amount of $1200 we provide:
- Approximately 1400 sqft, new, furnished caretaker house (1 Bed/1 Bath/+Loft)
- Washer/dryer
- Enclosed 2 car garage stall for your cars
- 400 sqft of additional storage space
- Plenty of pasture space for horses
- All Utilities: Power, water, propane, garbage pick-up, high-speed fiber internet and more!
Based on bookings statistics you can earn a minimum of $1,200 per month for cleaning and provisioning the vacation rental each time we have guests.
Ranch is 6 miles from Philipsburg MT, 10 minutes to Georgetown Lake, 15 minutes to Discovery Ski Area. One hour and twenty minutes to Missoula International airport. 45 minutes from Butte.
This is a great opportunity for a retired couple that has retirement income or any individual or couple that is gainfully employed or has some other form of supplemental income. Position requires a background check.
