Private ranch looking for full-time, year-round caretaker/ranch manager in rural Colorado. 300 acres near Gunnison, Co. This is a solo position.
Includes 3 dwellings, a large workshop and barn. Two irrigated pastures. A combination of general mechanic, construction, and agricultural experience required. Backhoe, tractor, and vehicle operation/maintenance required. Road, pond, and river maintenance as well as pasture with large irrigation system.
General household maintenance, repair and cleaning. No livestock currently, but could be added in future. Looking for someone who is a self-starter with initiative and ability to research problems for a solution.
Benefits package. Full-time housing available on ranch. References required. Salary based on experience.
