JJJ Wilderness Ranch
Enjoy a new adventure on Montana guest ranch this summer. We are looking for a mature, outgoing Breakfast/Assistant Cook. Must have experience, a ready smile, willingness to work hard and have fun, and love the outdoors and people to provide our guests a delightful wilderness experience.
Primary duty is to prepare staff breakfast and assist Chef with guest breakfast and other meal prep for lunch and dinner; will prepare daily baked goods and work in conjunction with the Head Chef for a productive, successful kitchen. Other duties include assisting with serving meals and cleanup. Keeps the kitchen clean and sanitary at all times.
Our kitchen staff must work well together, with flexibility and excellent communication skills to maintain a positive attitude in all sorts of situations. We promote a light-hearted, professional atmosphere and don’t like drama!
This is a small family owned and operated ranch, where we live and work with our staff to provide exceptional care of guests. The ranch is remote, so staff must enjoy a quiet, ranch setting, as you will only get to town on day off. It is a beautiful mountain location with access to thousands of acres of private and public land for hiking, fishing and riding in your off time.
We pay a monthly salary based on experience, gratuities, room and board. Breakfast/Assistant Cook works Monday through lunch on Saturday.
Position available June through mid-September.
