Private - Mountain Ranch
Position Summary:
As Property Manager you will be responsible for all activities on this beautiful mountain ranch and perform all duties according to the landowner’s goals for the property.
This responsibility includes the maintenance and upkeep of multiple homes, barns, outbuildings, and miscellaneous vehicles and equipment.
The Property Manager should be mechanically inclined and have a basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscape and fencing skills. This position is a hands-on job that may at times direct the work of a seasonal employee, vendor’s and contractors as needed.
Candidates should be self-motivated and possess the ability to prioritize and make decisions based on common sense and practical experience.
Guest service skills are a plus for this private ranch setting.
