Holistic, regenerative ranching career opportunity on an 80,000 acre, remote, progressive, southeast Colorado ranch, one hour from the nearest town.
Our ranching company is forward-thinking, relatively new and focused on providing enjoyable and engaging work. The candidate will work underneath the company General Manager and reside on the ranch and will be expected to learn, help plan, execute and eventually share in certain management of grazing, range ecology, livestock, marketing, infrastructure, maintenance, finances, and more.
Horses and 4 wheeler will be used. No current nor planned crop/hay farming. Housing 2/2 is provided. Experience, age, gender and background are not critically important.
Attitude, personality, initiative and character are the primary qualifiers. Candidates will be subject to extensive personal, financial, and criminal background checks. No smoking, alcohol nor drugs allowed. There is growth potential for the candidate and within our company.
