Circle Bar Ranch (aka. True Ranch Collection)
We’re looking for qualified individuals for Ranch Maintenance roles for the 2025 summer season at Circle Bar Guest Ranch in Utica, Montana. Ideal candidates will be able to work year-round and remain a part of the True Ranch Collection team at our different guest ranch properties in Arizona, Montana and Wyoming. The summer season begins May 15 and concludes in October with the potential to continue onward to our Arizona ranches for the winter season.
Each of our ranches has a small staff and we are looking for individuals who will be team players and able to step in where needed. The position may involve travel to our other ranch locations for temporary assignments. Room and board are included in compensation package.
General maintenance skills required, including but not limited to:
- Electrical
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Drywalling
- Painting
- General vehicle/equipment maintenance
- HVAC experience
- Landscaping
Starting at $15/hr, plus tips, room and board.
