The CM Ranch is powered by our amazing crew. We consist of a bunch of hard working and adventure seeking individuals from all over the US.
We are looking for a baker to join our team. Someone who appreciates the outdoors, genuinely enjoys people, and loves to express themselves by creating delicious baked goods as their love language.
The baker’s responsibilities include preparing fresh daily pastries, cookies, cakes/desserts, and hearty breads for 50 + guests each day. Creative and conscientious, our baker should have the ability to accommodate guests various dietary restrictions.
Being a team player is a must, and communication is key. The baker should be able to communicate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef regarding menu items, problem situations and shortages in a professional manner. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities.
