We are searching for a well-qualified and motivated Lead Diesel and Farm Mechanic to oversee mechanical operations on our family-owned alfalfa/cattle ranch. This is a full-time position, located in Fort Rock, Oregon.
This position entails general diesel and farm mechanic work, based out of our up-to-date shop.
We’re looking for a mechanic with 3+ years recent experience in cattle/alfalfa ranch operations, who is well-prepared for:
- Repairs on State of the Art Hay and Farm Equipment, Tractors, Automotives, Heavy Duty Trucks and Trailers, Hydraulic Systems, Electrical Systems
- Welding and Fabrication
- Farm/Hay Equipment Operation
The person who fills this position will have:
- Strong Communication Skills
- Own Set of Tools
- Valid Drivers License
Our preferred candidate will demonstrate:
- Associates Degree in Diesel Technology, or Equivalent
- Alfalfa/Cattle Ranch Mechanic Experience
- CDL Preferred (Not Required)
