Experienced, hardworking, married couple looking to commit to a full-time relationship with a private estate, hunting / fishing operation, or guest ranch. Currently located in Montana but willingly to relocate anywhere for the right opportunity.
We fully understand “ranch life” and the importance of being able to be flexible and wear many hats. We embrace the early mornings and late nights and all the challenges that come with being a team member of this type of organization. We are passionate, dedicated, honest, and looking to join something special. We both have significant history in providing a high level of service in the fields of hospitality, private ranch management, equine ranch management, guest ranch operations, hunting ranch management, and guided activities with clients.

We are very flexible and open to many different types of opportunities. We would prefer to work at the same operation, but we are open to individual roles if necessary. We are comfortable living remotely and prefer to live on site but can arrange our own housing locally if needed.
